Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational talent acquisition strategies.
In a matrix reporting structure, you'll be reporting directly to the GM of Asia and dotted line to the VP HR. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR within this greenfield set up and is expected to bring forth your knowledge of HR to elevate the efficiency of the organisation.
As the Senior Compensation Analyst your main duties will be to assist will full-spectrum of compensation duties. You will sit within the Centre of Excellence for this large multinational reporting to the Assistant GM for Human Capital. This is a critical position for this company and with a very large headcount cross multiple units in Singapore.
