The incumbent individual will be the point of contact for the respective Business Unit, driving end-to-end recruitment for management roles and will be responsible for talent acquisition across SEA. The individual will have to be a specialist on talent strategies, mid-career and graduate hiring and employer branding.
Dynamic Work Environment
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational talent acquisition strategies.
As part of this high performing Regional Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of recruitment as well as employer branding strategies. You will develop an effective talent strategy and play an integral role in the organisation's staffing strategies both now and for the future.
