This role covers Settlements, Corporate Actions, and SWIFT Payments operations within the Private Banking space, covering wealth management products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and structured products.

About Our Client

Our client is an established private bank. They are looking for an experienced wealth management operations professional to join their team in managing the downstream processes of their wealth products.

Job Description

  • Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.
  • Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements
  • Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks
  • Management of SWIFT Alliance System, including releasing of SWIFT payment
  • Management of issues related to remittances and deposits
  • Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Carries out other duties as and when assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5 or more years of working experience within the Private Banking Wealth Operations space
  • Self-motivated and independent with strong communication skills
