The client is a leading retailer.

Job Description

  • Lead and motivate the warehousing team to achieve operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with various departments to efficiently manage daily operations
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and order fulfilment
  • Supervise warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and last-mile processes
  • Ensure the health and safety of all warehouse staff

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse leadership roles, preferably in high-volume environment
  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding or experience in retail or e-commerce
  • Experience with warehouse automation is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility
