Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and Warehouse Execution System (WES) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to automated warehouse systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users of the WCS and WES systems.
  • Analyse system data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all system operations.
  • Document system processes and maintain up-to-date technical manuals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related study.
  • Minimally 2 years experience in warehouse automation or industrial system.
  • Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting systems in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in automation or control systems. Experience in databases (SQL) or monitoring tools is advantageous.
