The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of international wealth planning frameworks, cross-border regulations, and family office advisory, with a strong focus on serving NRI clients.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Leader, the VP, Wealth Planning will be involved in the following :-

  • Design and implement compliant, tax-efficient structures for clients' domestic and offshore assets. Advise on cross-border estate and succession planning, particularly for clients with overseas domiciled beneficiaries.
  • Assist clients in setting up family offices and investment platforms across jurisdictions including drafting Investment Policy Statements and provide ongoing strategic support for governance, compliance, and tax optimization.
  • Advise NRIs on the effective management of offshore wealth in alignment with regulations and providing insights into offshore insurance structures, alternative residencies/citizenships, and philanthropic strategies.
  • Provide guidance on evolving regulatory frameworks related to cross-border investments and tax laws and ensure client structures and advisory solutions remain compliant while aligning with long-term wealth preservation and succession planning objectives.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the potential VP, Wealth Planning should meet the following criteria :-

  • At least 10 years of experience in wealth planning, trust advisory, or private banking, with a strong understanding of trust and estate planning structures with NRI clients.
  • Expertise in multi-jurisdictional tax and regulatory matters affecting HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex legal and financial frameworks while maintaining a client-focused approach.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and business development.
