About Our Client
Our client is an MNC specialised in Electronic Components that is known for their high quality standards hence considered a Tier 1 in the verticals that they target. Part of their growth strategy they are looking to hire a VP of Sales to help them to increase their market share in Asia.
Job Description
Leading the Asia team, you will be responsible for:
- Craft the strategic plan to develop market share in Asia within the verticals that our client operates
- Leading the sales strategy you will be responsible to develop the sales plan for existent accounts and new accounts to target
- Lead the sales team, creating KPI's and targets according to global vision
- Able to motivate, inspire and get the organisation to fulfil targets set
- Lead a marketing strategy team to capture market trends in the sector
The Successful Applicant
The selected candidate should have:
- Strong track-record in Asia, leading high performance teams within the Electrical/Electronics space
- Broad leadership and management experience in Sales and working with Direct and Channel partner business model
- Ideally with strong knowledge in Electrical/Electronics (Power Filters, Connectors, suppression components)
- P&L responsibility (Sales, margin's, overhead)
- Strategic and conceptual knowledge to develop and implement business strategy plan
