About Our Client

Our client is an established F&B Retail brand in Singapore, they have over 3000 stores across ASIA and currently setting up their APAC HQ team in Singapore. With the vision to grow even further across the regions, they are now looking to hire a VP of Retail Operations Director to help implement the right retail strategy for the region and to oversee the stores here.

Job Description

You will report directly to the Management team, your main job responsibilities include:

  • Manages the business strategies and identifies new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and promotes innovation and productivity
  • Understands consumer behaviours, operation activities and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop franchise business plans for organization growth as well as coaching and development of team.
  • Setting the right team culture to ensure productivity and innovation.
  • Managing 5 different functions which include Operations Support, Maintenance and Inspection, Customer Service, Partner Enablement, Design and Training.



The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

  • At least 10 years of retail operations experience managing regional SEA market within the F&B or any related retail industry
  • Having good knowledge of managing multiple operational functions such as finance, HR, Customer service
  • Proven ability to manage operational process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Able to streamline or implement structures and roles that increase speed and efficiency of the business
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
