Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Outsourcing, the VP, Outsourcing Governance will be involved in the following :-

  • Monitor outsourcing and the outsourcing framework, working closely with International and APAC partners, including Compliance, Risk, Legal and others.
  • Perform oversight of outsourcing to ensure that the relevant outsourcing risk assessment and approval processes are completed.
  • Challenge functional service managers to ensure their respective outsourcing documentation is complete and adequate monitoring of service provider exist
  • Provide thought leadership for achieving process efficiencies and integration of the outsourcing processes across International.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the potential VP, Outsourcing Governance should meet the following criteria :-

  • At least 8 years of outsourcing governance experience within banking.
  • Experience operating key control frameworks, with an understanding of outsourcing and third party risk management programs, in particular.
  • Knowledge of APAC and International outsourcing and third party regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
