Job Description

The company is accelerating revenue growth with the objective to strengthen its competitive position and long-term relationships with customers. As part of the implementation of 4.0 strategy, they are looking to hire a VP Customer Success (CS) to lead a successful transformation of the APAC CS organisation.

Reporting directly to the President of Asia Pacific, your primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive a World-class Customer Success business to increase the company's market share regionally in APAC
  • Formulate and implement the sales strategy plan to achieve both sales targets and company's objectives
  • Increase revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell and influence customer value and satisfaction
  • Manage together Customer Care (recurring service contracts, consumable and spare parts), Customer Success Management and Delivery activities
  • Lead, coach and develop highly productive teams to create company-wide culture of Customer Success

The Successful Applicant

  • MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Previous experience in B to B activities delivering complex high technological solutions
  • Proven track record in leading large teams through change and transformation in a competitive environment
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mind-set
  • Robust project management skills (forecasting, scheduling, workload and people management)
  • Above and beyond, strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth

What's on Offer

The role is based in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be entrusted to lead APAC Customer Success organisation for a key industry 4.0 player.
