Job Description

As Vice President, Compensation, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across their international footprint. This role reports to the Head of Total Rewards and works closely with senior executives, HR business partners, finance, and legal teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in compensation with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of global markets, particularly within the investment and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the global compensation strategy, including base pay, bonus structures, equity programs, other incentives.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership and the Board's Compensation Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations, tax laws, and governance standards.
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle globally, including benchmarking, market analysis, and pay-for-performance calibration.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance on reward analytics, planning, and reporting.
  • Oversee compensation data integrity and systems integration in collaboration with HRIS.
  • Monitor market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, in the financial services or consulting industry
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel required.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
