Job Description

  • Define and execute strategies aligning presales and delivery for seamless client experience.
  • Lead presales teams to craft compelling, commercially viable solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams across presales and delivery.
  • Govern methodologies, frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation for delivery portfolio.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience in presales and delivery within IT services or technology solutions.
  • Expertise in managing complex IT projects (system integration, app development, managed services).
  • Strong technical background in solution architecture or consultancy.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
