They are looking for a visionary Vice President to lead Sales and Client Growth. This role will lead the growth of the business in the South East Asia region.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the reach in the region
  • Lead and mentor a talented sales team, setting sales targets and driving account management
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture as a local leader for the team
  • Build strong relationships with partner companies to drive revenue growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders of prospective clients to understand their challenges and provide innovative solutions
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the local market, participating in industry events and public relations activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or higher and over 20 years of experience in sales and business development
  • A track record of driving growth in marketing and advertising technology sales across various industries
  • A deep understanding of programmatic media and marketing technology
  • A strong network in the region, especially in consumer-facing industries
  • The ability to build trust with clients across multiple teams
  • Strategic thinking to develop solutions that meet client objectives
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate high-performing sales teams
  • The ability to influence senior leaders and colleagues across the organization
