They are currently hiring for their Investor Relations Vice President who will be responsible to drive the international strategy and manage relationships with the major shareholders.

Job Description

  • Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to maximise shareholder value.
  • Stakeholder Management: Enhance the company's international investor relations, strengthen relationships with major shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and financial media.
  • Investor Communications & Market Insights: Lead the preparation and presentation of investor materials, including quarterly financial reports, annual reports, and investor presentations.
  • Global Market Trends: Track global market trends, evaluate competitor's investor relations strategies, and offer actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Global Strategy & Strategic Partnerships: Spearhead the company's international strategy to expand its global presence and accelerate growth. Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with global organisations, government entities, and industry leaders to unlock new opportunities.
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership & Internal Communications: Lead and support teams across different regions, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration. Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely dissemination of company information.
  • Market Analysis & Regulatory Compliance: Analyse global market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and policies in key international markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years in investor relations, investment banking, asset management, or related fields.
  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant financial certifications are preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence investors from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and market research expertise, with a deep understanding of the company's financial health and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals.
