Job Description
This valuations associate role will focus heavily on the following:
- Conduct pre-screening of deals
- Due diligence into financial statements & fund governance
- Review of legal documents
- Identify shareholding patterns, share prices & investment agreements
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholder such as auditors with regards to valuations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance or equivalent
- Passionate about Venture Capital and start-ups
- Few years of strong valuations exposure to tech firms / start ups
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in due diligence and reviewing of fund structure/governance
