About Our Client
Our client is into Government Administration,they also address health-care, home ownership, family protection and asset enhancement. They are currently seeking for professionals with experience in UX Research.This will be a contract position to begin with directly with our client.
Job Description
- Perform user research and usability studies;
- Responsible to facilitate and execute in-person and remote quantitative and qualitative usability/user testing research studies;
- Perform analysis of the data, and presenting user testing insights;
- Utilise different testing methods, including usability reviews and/or heuristic evaluations, click stream analysis, 5-second tests, A/B or multivariate testing, focus group discussions;
- Responsible to conduct design research projects employing observational techniques to better understand customer motivations, behaviours and needs;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of different research methodologies and data analysis techniques
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
- At least 2 years of experience with good exposure on User Research;
- Good hands on experience planning, conducting, analysing, and presenting the results of user research/usability testing with various methodologies;
- Exposure and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative usability/user testing methods;
- Good working experience with Metrics, interface design, and usability principles and best practices;
- Familiarity with developing and delivering research sharing platforms/programmes;
- Refine the research findings into insights and communicate them to other teams to drive product and design decisions;
