Job Description
- Responsible for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Identify customer behaviour and map customer journey.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Design new functions and workflow to improve customer experience.
- Lead product/function design, execution, and evaluation.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech or management consulting industries required.
- Strong in data analytics.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial products preferred.
