Job Description

  • Responsible for improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Identify customer behaviour and map customer journey.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Design new functions and workflow to improve customer experience.
  • Lead product/function design, execution, and evaluation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech or management consulting industries required.
  • Strong in data analytics.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products preferred.
