The team is currently recruiting for a Treasury Manager to oversee the group's cash management and debt financing activities.

Job Description

Responsible for Group Treasury function, providing financial support on investment, M&A activities across APAC
Structure and execute optimal debt financing, negotiating financing term sheets with bankers, financial institutions
Prepare business planning and cashflow forecast, present financial insights to leadership team
Develop funding strategies for the group and manage forex/interest rate risks, achieving long term and sustainable financing through different instruments
Spearhead regional Treasury Management System implementation to improve operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

Degree graduate in Accountancy/Finance/Business/Economics, qualified with at least 6 years of working experience in Treasury, financing capacity
Strong understanding of financial instruments, derivatives and currency risk management
Effective communication and strong interpersonal, good business acumen to maintain strong internal and external relationships e.g. banks
Display analytical skills, successful track record of executing debt financing for companies with intensive capital infrastructure
