About Our Client
Since its incorporation more than 50 years ago, my client has grown into one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers. A US Listed Multinational, my client is an industry leader in the market and employs over thirty thousand people worldwide. With the focus to significantly expand in Singapore, the team is looking to add a new headcount, an Accounts Receivable Manager to the Finance team.
Reporting to the Treasury Head, you will be responsible for assessing and placing hedges for the foreign currency exposure while maintaining the relevant documentation and reporting in accordance with the SOX framework. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and the banks in the aspects of trade finance and assist in the regional budgeting and financial planning. Responsible for cash flow management within the organisation, you will be tasked to manage the daily treasury and cash management activities. Additionally, you will spearheard the implementation of treasury management system to drive efficiencies, provide training to the finance team and oversee upcoming system upgrading projects on an ongoing basis.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are an Accountancy/Finance Degree holder or equivalent with at least 7 years of post graduate experience. You should be strong in foreign exchange, cash management and all other aspects of treasury function. With a high level of attention to detail, you are able to work independently and display qualities of a team player. You possess the flexibility to assume a new role, is able to work in an unstructured environment and display good tenacity to exceed expectations. Experience in system implementation / improvement projects will be highly advantageous.
