You will be part of the MO operation team to handle the Trade Finance, Guarantees, Loans and Remittances.

Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries primarily related to trade finance transactions, coordinating with counterparties to resolve document discrepancies following verification by the Hub or back office.
  • Process the remittance of trade finance documents and trade-related loans.
  • Review transactions and reconciliations in the Midas system after input by the Hub.
  • Prepare and verify Guarantee Letters, fee invoices, and other related documents.
  • Facilitate funding for loan drawdowns and rollovers.
  • Prepare instructions for Loans, Guarantees, and Trade Finance transactions for input by the Hub.
  • Set up and create customer records in Midas, including inputting authorized signatories, directors, and beneficiary owners.
  • Download SWIFT AMH messages.
  • Conduct market price checks and inquiries in the Trade Finance Registry.
  • Review account opening forms and related documentation.
  • Manage remittances and provide month-end bank statements to customers.
  • Follow up on unresolved Nostro items with counterparties.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory or internal purposes.
  • Respond to audit confirmation requests from customers.
  • Assist with World-check and FIRCO checks as needed.
  • Support other duties, reports, or backup functions as assigned by the Head of Production Management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Banking / International Trade / Business Administration / Finance or similar.
  • Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Finance;
  • Experience in Loan administration;
  • UCP600 & ISBP knowledge required.
