Job Description

Total Compensation Management

  • Lead end-to-end management of total rewards, including base salary, variable pay (bonuses, incentives), benefits, and recognition programs
  • Ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy, EVP, and market benchmarks
  • Partner with Finance and leaders on budgeting and cost-effectiveness reviews



Compensation Strategy & Program Design

  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay bands, and performance-based incentive frameworks
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market competitiveness analysis



Recognition Program Management

  • Design and implement recognition programs aligned with company values, culture, and performance goals
  • Establish frameworks for:
    • Monetary rewards (e.g., spot bonuses, vouchers, performance awards)
    • Non-monetary recognition (e.g., public recognition, service awards, peer-to-peer platforms)
  • Collaborate with business leaders to embed recognition into management and engagement practices
  • Track program effectiveness through feedback, participation, and retention metrics
  • Continuously enhance programs in line with workforce trends and digital adoption



Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards
  • Develop and communicate C&B policies, frameworks, and governance processes



Stakeholder & Employee Engagement

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation decisions, offers, and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on pay philosophy and benefits
  • Act as the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits



Analytics & Insights

  • Provide data-driven insights on pay competitiveness, workforce costs, and rewards effectiveness
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership, management, and Board-level stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 7-10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing total compensation frameworks and budgets.
  • Proficient in conducting compensation analysis and HR analytics.
  • Proven track record in managing compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits administration.
  • Experience in HR systems (HRIS, payroll, analytics tools) and data reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation design methodologies, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and market surveys.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel (advanced level), and data analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent business acumens, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory compliance in compensation and benefits.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong business and financial acumen.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
