About Our Client

My client is a Global Real Estate group who develops, owns, and operates hyper-scale digital infrastructure assets, specializing in providing top data centre environments for leading technology companies.

Job Description

  • Lead safety and compliance initiatives in data centre commissioning across the APAC region.
  • Develop and refine standardised commissioning processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Implement ASHRAE Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning procedures.
  • Manage and produce key commissioning documents and customised plans for individual projects.
  • Oversee third-party commissioning agents and review their scripts for compliance with K2 standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all commissioning activities and lead factory and site tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition from commissioning to operations.
  • Lead project closeout processes and integrate lessons learned into future designs.
  • Optimize processes to support successful Ready For Service (RFS) phases and ensure reliable system operations.
  • Validate infrastructure asset information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Travel regionally to support engineering initiatives and oversee system assessments and startup testing.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8 years+ of experience in data centre testing and commissioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certified Data Center Professional with Project Management certification.
  • Proven experience managing start-up, testing, and commissioning procedures, collaborating with third-party commissioning managers/agents on customer sites, following ASHRAE Level 1 to Level 5 test scripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance and streamline processes, procedures, responsibility matrices, and tools used during project start-up, testing, and commissioning phases.
