Job Description

We are looking for a driven and consultative Territory Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of named key accounts within the enterprise and data‑centre space. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic sales planning, build strong long‑term customer relationships, and deliver tailored network connectivity solutions that help clients elevate their infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic, evidence‑based sales plans for a set of named key accounts.
  • Establish, nurture, and grow long‑term relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to understand customer environments, present solution proposals, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive account documentation, including sales activities, pipelines, and account insights.
  • Prepare and present in‑depth sales reports and updates to leadership.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in structured cabling systems and network connectivity solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to develop solution proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically, manage multiple stakeholders, and build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and highly adaptable.



Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong local network of potential clients within any vertical
  • Commercially driven
