About Our Client
Our Client is one of the promising fintech start-up company that specialises in developing advanced financial software for the investment management industry and they are looking for a Technical Pre-sales Manager (C#/Python/ Java). You will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns, while serving as the central point of technical contact for the customers, as well as the first go-to technical referent for sales team. Your goal is to establish a trusted relationship and strong understanding of the customer's business, translating business needs into technical requirement and developing and presenting a technical vision, business case and physical solution specifically modeled for the customer.
Job Description
As a Technical Pre-sales Manager (C#/Python/ Java), you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting opportunity prospecting by proactively generating leads through deep understanding of product capabilities to address business issues and provide business value
- Developing deep understanding of the customer business, industry drivers, major transformational factors and resulting business requirements to align solutions to address the customer's requirements
- Supporting and leading large scale enterprise transactions as a Sales Engineer by using industry knowledge and understanding to move deals forward
- Managing the technical response to the response to RFI/RFP/RFQ including products, solutions, software, and services
- Defining solution options and articulate benefits and ROI, effectively highlighting technological advantages and disadvantages from the customer's perspective
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate you will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with proven experience as an executive level technology leader at a software company; minimum 6+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex and technical products.
You will also be familiar with software engineering including design principle, platform analysis/evaluation and selection, architecting in various technologies (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
