Job Description
As a Technical Analyst (SAP), you will be responsible for the following:
- Performing technical analysis and providing advisory to PMO and users on technical solution of SAP-for-Insurance and associated systems in the SAP Landscape
- Managing the collation and analysis of user requirements and facilitate discussions with regional IT/vendor on meeting the user requirements
- Managing and resolving conflicting requirements amongst users and between user requirements vs system solutions
- Tracking and coordinating the follow-up of issues raised by users and vendors, to achieve resolution of all issues
- Supporting UAT defect resolution process with technical assessment of defect fixes
- Performing business analysis of business/user requirements, coordinate cross-functional requirements and translate the requirements to technology vendors for development and implementation
- Managing digital projects and SAP-for-Insurance enhancement projects
The Successful Applicant
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- A degree in the relevant field
- Knowledge of technical SAP and general insurance business
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience in Vendor and User management
