Job Description

  • Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle, advertise and source candidates through multiple channels, building strong pipelines aligned with role requirements.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability against role specifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist on hiring managers in candidate evaluation and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and recruitment technologies for automated sourcing, candidate shortlisting, and talent market analysis.
  • Resolve recruitment challenges independently, escalating complex issues when required.
  • Manage multiple vacancies concurrently, delivering high-quality shortlists and meeting hiring timelines.
  • Track, report on, and achieve key recruitment metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness.
  • Assist on onboarding and partner with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous process improvements.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent market trends and selection best practices, acting as a trusted partner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 10 years of in-house recruitment experiences within the fintech/technology sector.
  • Experience gained in-house for a mid-to-large organization or within a recruitment agency specializing in professional sales or technical roles.
  • Skilled in using data and market insights to influence recruitment decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent business acumens and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
