As the business grows, there is now a need to identify senior talent acquisition partners to continue to attract, hire and retain the right talent into the organisation. We are looking for both experienced technical and non-technical recruiters.

Job Description

As a member of the regional recruitment team, you will work with hiring managers and sourcing team to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally. You will ensure the delivery of an awesome candidate experience and some of the key responsibilities are as follow:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate the research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure their hiring needs and goals are met
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale the recruiting operations and results
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
  • For technical recruiters - most recent years of recruiting experience in software engineering/software product talent across APAC or EMEA
  • Full cycle recruitment experience across multiple technical and product disciplines
  • For non-technical recruiters - recruitment experience in the region across functions such as sales, marketing, communication, policy and legal
  • Strong attention to details, problem solving, data analytics and reporting skills
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with consultive qualities, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
