About Our Client
Our client is a B2B trade platform with presence in Singapore and China, currently expanding to the rest of SEA.
Job Description
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment activities for our teams across SEA
- Keep a pulse on the marketplace to act quickly in response to talent needs and attraction
- Promote and be the custodian of employer branding activities
- Continually works with the hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and improve internal policies
- Create and maintain the analytics, reports and dashboard of the TA function
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related major
- At least 4 years of experience in an in-house Recruitment role, ideally in a start-up/ tech company
- Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
- Ability to prioritise demanding work flows, detailed-oriented and well organised
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and yet still be team-oriented
