As part of its ongoing commitment to growing the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with a fast paced organisation.
Reporting directly to the VP of HR you will be responsible for the Talent Management initiatives for the region, working closely with key stakeholders in the region to drive strategic performance management, employer branding and designing long term recruitment strategies. You should have the experience and maturity to lead Talent Acquisition initiatives across the region in motivating them to achieve the recruiting objectives of the organisation. Key to your success will be your ability to excel in a fast paced and fluid environment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment gained from an Agency and Corporate environment . You should be a robust, adaptable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent business acumen and negotiation skills to lead, influence and engage with the business leaders from across the globe
