This is a newly created role to support the Group's growth in Asia region. You will be in charge of planning and executing the end to end recruitment strategies for all their business entities within Singapore and subsequently Asia.

About Our Client

Our client is a renowned regional lifestyle hospitality player with great appreciation for finer things in life. They are currently looking to expand their footprint in Asia region and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support their growth plan in Singapore and subsequently Asia. You will report directly to the Regional HR Director.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement entire Talent Acquisition Program including but not limited to process and practices, strategies and hiring activities
  • Partner closely with Leadership team to understand the business needs, developing TA strategy, and delivering hiring plans
  • Source + full cycle recruiting of executive-level candidates for open roles across all business units and functions
  • Conduct regular meetings and weekly updates with senior leadership and hiring managers to address any recruitment gaps and improve hiring strategies
  • Improve TA operations and hiring capability across talent pipelining, marketing mapping, and assessment methodologies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 6 years of end to end recruitment experience across hospitality, F&B or service-oriented industries.
  • Hands-on with strong execution experience of driving initiatives with a demonstrated track record of achievement in Talent Acquisition
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a newly established team, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and longer-term projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
  • Team player with high level of energy and personal integrity
