The TA Manager role will manage talent acquisition processes and strategies within the healthcare organization. The position will oversee a small team of TA and extensively partner with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in line with company policies.
  • Manage a team of high potential TA specialists and provide guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Oversee the use of recruitment technology and systems.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Managerial role ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience using recruitment software and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
