The client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the Singapore business, and reporting in directly to the HR Director. As an individual contributor, this role will collaborate with business stakeholders to support the recruitment needs for the multiple stores for business growth in Singapore.

Job Description

The job responsibilities include

  • Solid understanding of hiring needs for both retail stores and corporate business and stakeholder management.
  • Expand Singapore business by end to end recruitment across all levels for retail stores.
  • Collaborate with business Leaders and hiring managers to oversee the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Lead HR projects including HR operations work when required.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment with strong F&B industry experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment including direct sourcing, knowledge of employment law, and relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills for business stakeholders.
