About Our Client
A Global recruitment firm with presence in SE Asia for over 20 years.
Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing from multiple channels, screening of potentials and managing the interview process from phone screen to offer stage. Building relationships with internal stakeholders to best help them in finding suitable profiles for their teams, closely liaising with front line managers, marketing, HR, to insure a great candidate experience, successful onboarding and to develop internal relationships to drive the company culture and internal referrals.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have 2 - 3 years experience in external recruitment, a high degree of resilience, a strong desire to hit targets and the appetite to problem solve and overcome obstacles in the hiring process.
