Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfil workforce requirements.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and provide reports for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the talent acquisition team to achieve set objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:
