Our client is a reputable food and beverages MNC who is currently expanding their footprint in Singapore and the region. They are looking for a seasoned manager to join them to support with the new warehouse migration and to establish best practices.

Job Description

  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
  • Implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvements.
  • Identify areas for process optimization within the supply chain.
  • Analyze current processes, recommend improvements, and implement streamlined solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence through the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven with leadership capabilities.
  • Develop a Continuous Improvement/Operations Excellence function.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and improving operational processes.
  • Establish and monitor clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operations enhancement.
  • Possess a strong track record in delivering synergies and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
