Job Description
Business and General Office Administration
- Generating monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for the supply chain and sales
- Coordinating and consolidating data for the successful completion of project
- Supporting with sales incentives
- Providing administrative support for business related events
- Calendar and travel management, meeting management, photocopying and scanning documents, courier management
- Managing office compliance matters
- Ensuring all office equipment are in working order
- Inventory management of office supplies
- Supporting the finance team with invoicing and billing matters
Supply Chain
- Supporting with logistics and customer service activities
- Handling purchase orders and sales orders
- Handling customer enquiries on shipment, order, cancellations, etc
- Internal and external stakeholder management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a Supply Chain Administrative role
- Regional exposure is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
