Job Description

Business and General Office Administration

  • Generating monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for the supply chain and sales
  • Coordinating and consolidating data for the successful completion of project
  • Supporting with sales incentives
  • Providing administrative support for business related events
  • Calendar and travel management, meeting management, photocopying and scanning documents, courier management
  • Managing office compliance matters
  • Ensuring all office equipment are in working order
  • Inventory management of office supplies
  • Supporting the finance team with invoicing and billing matters

Supply Chain

  • Supporting with logistics and customer service activities
  • Handling purchase orders and sales orders
  • Handling customer enquiries on shipment, order, cancellations, etc
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years in a Supply Chain Administrative role
  • Regional exposure is an advantage
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
