Job Description

  • Prepare concise pre-reads, agendas, and executive summaries for leadership meetings.
  • Follow up on action items with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations).
  • Conduct targeted research on companies, markets, and strategic partners to support business decisions.
  • Summarize complex technical or commercial information into 1-2 page executive briefs.
  • Track key industry developments and identify potential opportunities or risks.
  • Support the planning and coordination of customer visits, supplier meetings, and executive events.
  • Represent the Chairman's Office with diplomacy and professionalism in select meetings.
  • Improve document management, meeting workflows, and follow-up systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive corporate information.



The Successful Applicant

    • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Public Policy (preferred).
    • At least 5 years in business analysis, executive support, consulting, or strategy coordination within a technology, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
    • Structured thinker with strong presentation, slide-making, and synthesis abilities.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, MS Dynamics) is a plus.
