About Our Client
Client is an established global technology organisation specializing in e-commerce, retail, Internet, and technology.
Job Description
1. To analyze tech trends, market data and operating matrix, in order to develop investment strategies, spot on forward looking investment themes, and identify opportunities.
2. To source qualified investment leads based on the group's overseas business strategy and investment focus.
3. To evaluate potential targets for early, growth and later stage investments, acquisitions and joint ventures, and to develop comprehensive proposals to the investment committee.
4. To lead deal structuring and executions, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing.
5. To monitor performance of investment portfolios. Bridge the portfolio companies with the group's relevant BUs and create synergies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree or above and Strong business sense and strategic thinker.
- Experience and strong passion in crypto currencies, block chain and Web 3.0.
- Investment experience with IBD, PE, VC or Crypto Funds.
- Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models.
- Open to frequent global business traveling.
- Passion to lead, to innovate, and to disrupt. Strong team spirit.
