They will independently manage store activities while providing professional customer advisory and building strong, lasting client relationships.

About Our Client

Our client is a long‑established and rapidly expanding retailer in the luxury collectibles and specialty retail industry. With a strong footprint across Asia, the company specialises in investment‑grade gold and silver coins, collectible coins, and advisory services for customers / investors.

They operate a network of retail stores across the region and are continuously investing in product education and customer engagement initiatives.As part of their growth in Singapore, they are now seeking a Store Manager to lead one of their expanding retail locations.

Job Description

As the Store Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance, delivering high‑quality customer service, and upholding operational excellence.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Introducing and recommending global investment‑grade gold and silver coins to customers, providing professional, trustworthy advisory.
  • Building strong customer relationships and maintaining a loyal member base.
  • Independently managing all store operations, including merchandise handling, inventory control, and retail floor standards.
  • Overseeing sales and repurchase
  • Drive sales of the store



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a performance‑driven retail environment.
  • Prior experience managing retail stores independently (ideally from the luxury retail sector), with proven achievements or recognition.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking on new challenges.
  • Demonstrates strong customer rapport‑building skills and service‑oriented thinking.
