About Our Client
Our client is a global investment bank with a growing presences in SE Asia.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Origination and client deal execution in investment banking products including IPO, REITs
- The ability to lead a team in due diligence, structuring and deal execution across multiple real estate asset classes
- Negotiation of deals, working with external vendors and partners on execution needs
- Responsible to contribute globally on the firm's REIT asset strategy
- Presentation of deal proposals to clients
- Oversee a team, contribute to the development of client presentations, creating a team environment to work together collaboratively and drive a high performance culture in the team
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have at least 4+ years of experience in the REIT, investment banking or real estate private equity industry, you must have prior working experience working extensively with REITs, strong communication skills, able to think strategically and creatively, with a high motivation to work as a team player working towards common team goals.
