Job Description

  • Be the solutions design subject matter expert, applying sector-specific expertise, tools, and methodologies.
  • Lead facility, network, and transport design to optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop cost models and provide commercial support for new and existing business.
  • Define data requirements, analyze complex datasets, and design, model, and evaluate logistics solutions using appropriate software.
  • Deliver suitable commercial and operational recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement innovative logistics solutions that improve processes, productivity, and performance.
  • Apply industrial engineering methodologies to drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency, and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with 5+ years' experience in supply chain analysis, warehouse operations, facility design, and costing.
  • Possess experience in logistics solutions design.
  • Strong expertise across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain operations, with exposure to automation design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in facility and process design, including storage systems, space and manpower analysis, inventory/SKU analysis, KPIs, continuous improvement, transportation, packaging, costing, and automation.
  • Experience in using Excel/Access, Power BI, and modelling, simulation, or CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CLASS).
  • Demonstrated experience in application of process mapping, time studies, and performance analysis methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset.
