Job Description

  • Lead opportunity development from qualification to closure, using a consultative, outcome‑based engagement approach.
  • Drive cybersecurity solution design and ensure optimal technology, delivery, and support alignment with customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals that articulate strong business value.
  • Build and maintain executive‑level customer relationships, influencing decision makers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Support contract development, identify key risks and obligations, and bridge gaps between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute go‑to‑market strategies and solution positioning.
  • Manage revenue targets, forecasting, billing accuracy, and customer satisfaction across engagements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Sales Manager, Cybersecurity will have:

  • More than 8 years of customer‑facing experience in presales, business development, or account management within IT or telecommunications.
  • Strong technical grounding in cybersecurity, including experience in security architecture and enterprise‑scale solution proposals.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, or similar are highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with leading security technologies/vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Trend Micro, Checkpoint, FireEye, RSA, Symantec, SIEM, IAM, CASB, APT solutions, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders.
  • A high‑motivation, results‑driven mindset, with strong independence and a collaborative, resourceful approach.
