About Our Client
Our client is a high growth technology start up with a strong proposition of product offering in artificial intelligence. In view of accelerated growth plans, with a clear road-map of geographical expansion in the years to come - our client is looking for a high calibre Financial Controller.
Job Description
Reporting directly to president of the organisation, you will be responsible for the full ownership of the region's accounting function here in Singapore. As a key business partner to the leadership team, you will be responsible for highlight any opportunities to improve processes. You will oversee the month-end closing, statutory audit, tax and country reporting compliance. You will establish strong internal controls, accounting policies and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
ideally, you are CA/CPA qualified with a degree in accounting/finance. You have at least 8 years of experience in accounting with prior experience in the Big 4. You thrive in a dynamic environment that promotes constant growth and changes that increase efficiency. You are proactive, resourceful and analytical as an individual who excels at exploring beyond the status-quo. Prior experience in a fast paced MNC, or an entrepreneurial/ start-up environment with SAAS would be highly advantageous.
