Job Description

  • Design & Develop high-performance, low-latency backend systems for AI-driven quantitative trading.
  • Optimize & Maintain real-time trading infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to enhance trading strategies and execution speed.
  • Implement & Improve system reliability using advanced algorithms, distributed computing, and fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Enhance & Monitor production environments, ensuring seamless operation of mission-critical trading systems.
  • Research & Innovate with the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement in trading performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of financial industry experience.
  • Expert in backend development, system design, and optimization.
  • Proficient in coding with C++, Java, Python, Rust, or Go.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
  • Familiar with online service production and iteration processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environment.
