About Our Client

Our client is a major player in the cutting room industry, working with various industries like Fashion, Furniture, Automotive, and others. They are forward-looking in their organizational direction, offering digital transformation & intelligent solutions to industrial partners via equipment, software, and service.

We are now in search of a Sales Manager to oversee the South East Asian Market(SEA) for their consumables and parts business, which holds importance to business revenue and still growing.

Preferably someone with experience in the consumable and parts business and working with channel sales across the region.

Job Description

  • Handle all sales activities
  • Work with local sales teams on strategies to be implemented for the consumables & parts market
  • Support training the local sales time on consumable and parts knowledge and strategy, engaging global contracts and potential partners
  • Strategize and implement leading sales plans for the improvement of consumables and parts sales
  • Build a strong relationship with channel partners, reviewing any area/gaps that can be optimized for improvement of sales
  • Coordinate sales strategy with cooperate Consumable and parts structure
  • Representing the organization as brand ambassadors in market penetration
  • Following up on topics like order and logistic
  • Providing timely reports and forecasts to the management on the consumable and parts sales activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or other related fields
  • Over 5 years of manufacturing(consumable & parts) and sales experience
  • Channel management and selling value-added service experience
  • Experience working with MS Office and CRM
  • Able to excel in a fast pacing environment
  • Good reasoning and negotiation skills,
  • Capable of prioritizing various topics, with the end in mind that brings the best business outcome
  • Traveling up to 50%, as per business needs
  • Strong presentation skills and interpersonal relational skills
  • Highly motivated to deliver high-quality and professional ethics
  • Able to make decisive decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Team player and strong collaborative spirit
  • Able to provide logical analysis consultative feedback to the client based on industry best practice
