Job Description

Brand Marketing

  • Ensure the brand's positioning and marketing standards are consistently applied across the retailer network.
  • Partner across functions to ensure tight alignment on brand‑related activities.



Events and Client Experience

  • Develop and roll out regional events together with retail partners, with emphasis on in‑store activations and exclusive client presentations.
  • Coordinate the annual events calendar and conceptualise initiatives in accordance with established brand guidelines.
  • Support the delivery of public relations activities, institutional events, and boutique openings.
  • Contribute visual merchandising support for store‑based events.
  • Drive initiatives within regional boutiques to elevate the overall customer journey.
  • Partner with retail teams to continuously enhance in‑store client experiences.
  • Establish and implement a tailored regional client‑treatment framework, collaborating closely with partner CRM teams to optimise gifting and client‑development efforts.
  • Oversee inventory, invoicing, and the distribution of gifts and publications across the retail network.
  • Track trends in the luxury space relating to events, client experiences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare post‑event evaluations and reports.
  • Assist boutiques with social media content and activations.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing and visual merchandising assets.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within the luxury sector.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems and event management.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and proactive in proposing new ideas and improvements.
  • Excellent communication, language, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to producing high‑quality work.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
