Job Description

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of Luxury Small Group Departures, from itinerary planning and pricing through to on-trip operations and post-trip review.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the development and launch of new group travel concepts and destinations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for each group departure to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets for group departures.
  • Maintain updated records of travel arrangements and customer preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for improving travel packages and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Small Group Departure Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in travel operations, group tours, luxury travel management, or the leisure, travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for travel planning and coordination.
  • A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the travel process effectively.
