We are looking for a Shipping Operations Project, Senior Executive to support shipping operations projects, system enhancement and drive process improvements for greater efficiency across their global network.

About Our Client

Our client is a well respected organization in Singapore and globally.

Job Description

  • Provide support for operational systems and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for new developments and enhancements.
  • Generate and analyse performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Develop impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and optimise business processes, draft SOPs and create process flows.
  • Identify operational gaps, streamline workflows and implement automation initiatives.
  • Support efficiency projects and assist with ad-hoc initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Business Administration, Analytics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Liner Shipping operations, supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in operational roles, including loading/unloading, handling dangerous goods and freight management.
  • Marine Operations Systems product design experience to drive transformation.
  • Experience with business process management and automation projects.
