About Our Client
Well established client with significant operations and presence is recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to look after its local workshop operations in Singapore.
The Service Manager will be overseeing the maintenance schedule, workshop process flow to ensure that the maintenance delivery time-line and quality standards are being achieved. Other aspects of the job scope include increase overall efficiency in labour productivity, cost savings in operations & maintenance and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The Service Manager will also be responsible for the planning and budgeting for the division and developing methods to improve the service quality.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- At least 5-6 years in managing maintenance workshops or a service engineering function
- Team management experience
