With a growing presence across Asia, the organisation is combining institutional-grade expertise with modern product, data, and marketing capabilities to compete in an increasingly digital and competitive trading landscape. This role sits at the centre of that transformation, with direct impact on regional growth outcomes.

Job Description

  • Define and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy across priority Asian markets
  • Build keyword, content, and site architecture strategies from a clean slate
  • Partner with content, product, compliance, and tech teams to launch optimised pages
  • Own technical SEO fundamentals including site performance, indexing, and structure
  • Use data and experimentation to prioritise high-intent traffic and conversions
  • Develop scalable SEO playbooks that can be replicated market by market
  • Ensure the platform is discoverable across both traditional search and AI-led search experiences

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital growth, or performance marketing, with at least 2 years spent in a fintech environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling websites or organic channels from scratch
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and search engine behaviour
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and experimentation to drive decisions
  • Exposure to fintech, trading, investments, or complex regulated industries
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
